Help your child grasp the basics of squash with our junior group beginner coaching sessions.
Squash Stars
(beginners aged 5-9)
Fridays from 4-5pm and 5-6pm
£6 per one-hour session
Aimed at 5-9 year olds, Squash Stars is a new junior programme designed to develop key squash skills such as hand-eye coordination, racket work, movement, balance and match play. Led by our experienced DBS coaches, this six-week junior beginner programme will build confidence in a safe and fun setting.

Teens
(beginners aged 10-16)
Fridays from 6-7pm and 7-8pm
£6 per one-hour session
Aimed at young teens new to the game, this group coaching session is designed to teach kids the fundamental skills to play squash in a safe and supportive space.
With an emphasis on fun and social engagement, these sessions will develop your child’s skills through gameplay and drills whilst improving their physical and mental wellbeing, and confidence.
Led by our DBS-checked England Squash accredited coaches Henry and Amy, these sessions are a fantastic introduction to squash, and are sure to ignite a lifelong passion for the sport.

Social Squash
Mondays, 7-8pm
Available to members and non members
This social and inclusive pay n’ play session is open to all juniors and adults, whatever their standard, and is a chance to play casually and meet new people. Running across two courts, the session’s mixed up every week from three-quarter court games to some friendly one-on-one’s.
