Privacy policy

Glossop Squash ("we", "the club") is a not-for-profit community sports club. This policy explains what personal data we hold and why.

What we collect

• Account details: name, email, phone number (optional), and for junior sessions the name of the child booked in.
• Bookings and orders: what you booked or bought, when, and how much you paid.
• Payments: handled entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your card number — we store only a reference and the last four digits so you can recognise a saved card.
• Membership: plan, status and renewal date, synchronised with Stripe.

Why we use it

To run sessions and the shop, take payment, send booking confirmations and important club notices, and manage membership. We don't sell data or send marketing without consent.

Who we share it with

Stripe (payments), our email provider (transactional email), and the leisure centre where required for safety. Nobody else.

How long we keep it

Account and booking records for as long as you have an account plus the period required for accounts and tax (currently 6 years). Ask us to delete your account at any time.
