Glossop 1, 2 and 3 play in the North West Counties Squash League — reputedly one of the largest squash leagues in the world. Five a side, games to 11, home and away across Greater Manchester and the High Peak.
Our first team — picked on strength from the top of the club rankings.
Competitive squash with games shared fairly across the squad.
The best place to get your first taste of league squash.

To play league for Glossop you also need your own England Squash membership — "Just Play" is £15 a year and covers your insurance. It's separate from club membership (England Squash's rule, not ours).
Winter league runs Thursdays, September to April; summer league June to August. Home matches at Glossop Leisure Centre from 7pm, and post-match food and a drink with both teams is very much part of it.
Every time you play, your fee includes your post-match food and one drink — nothing extra to pay on the night. It's charged to your saved card after the treasurer signs off each week.
Sign-ups for the 2026-27 season are open: two minutes to tell the captains which teams you'd play for, your dietary needs and your England Squash ID — the season starts September 2026.
