Terms, cancellations & refunds

Session bookings

Cancel from your account more than 12 hours before a session and any payment is refunded to your card automatically. Inside that window we can't refund, because the place can't usually be re-filled. If we cancel a session, you're refunded in full.

Membership

Membership renews automatically each month or year until you cancel. Cancel any time from your account; it runs to the end of the period already paid for. No refunds for part-periods.

Shop

Orders are collected at the club. Faulty or wrong items are replaced or refunded — message us. Personalised or restrung items can't be returned unless faulty.

Conduct

Be friendly and respectful to everyone. Follow the leisure centre's rules. Non-marking shoes and eye protection for juniors are required on court.
